ELECTION FOR LAKEMONT HOA IS NOW!

Look for an Email from Macpherson with the title of "2026 yearly meeting", or contact lakemontlcg@gmail.com or lakemont@macphersonspm.com, we can help sort it

Dates:

Ballots must arrive either by mail (no later than 4/1) or email (no later than 4/6) so please send them soon. You can vote if you are an owner.

VOTING for the Lakemont HOA is very important - dues, fines, compliance drives - all that is determined with the people who manage our dues. We need your help!

There are 3 candidates: (1) Laurent Vernhes - incumbent, (2) Jay Thaylor and (3) June Campbell.

We recommend Laurent - he's been on the board, voted for free and fair elections, voted for listening to the community with surveys, involved in securing lakemont and his involvement with the police and cameras caught the stalker in Long Shadow Ridge! He is pro-safety and participates in most LCG events.

CTO of Everyone.ai, ex-Microsoft, ex-Amazon, father and grandfather and has been 35 years in the PNW.

HOA dues are now due

Homeowners should have received a notice with details regarding paying the 2026 annual dues.

The 2026 dues are $644.82 but please do not pay that amount as you may have a credit from last year or an unpaid amount. Please log into your Appfolio account to see the amount due.
